On this hop we will be sharing lots of ideas with you on how to use the June Paper Pumpkin Kit: "Bikes & Blooms". Get ready to dive into a kit that's like Mother Nature's secret garden party - earthy, warm, and with a dash of surprise.  Makes 9 cards: 3 of each of 3 designs, complete with 9 coordinating envelopes, includes precut paper pieces with silver foil, silver butterflies' embellishments and linen thread. The silver butterflies give the card an eye-catching finish. Last week Houston had really bad Thunderstorms. When we made it home last Saturday, I found my Paper Pumpkin kit in my yard and wet. I just knew the kit would have to be replaced, but only the Crushed Curry card bases were wet. I let them dry and then scored the bottoms. I also used the May 2023 "Exploring in Color" stamp set and adding some of those sentiments!

The inspiration for these alternates came from trying to disguise the Crushed Curry card bases that got wet. Now let's head to the next stop on the carousel and see more inspiration using this kit!

June ICS Blog Hop Fabulous Folders

 

Hello and welcome to June ICS Blog Hop!

This month, I'm spotlighting the "Forever Plaid" 3D Embossing folder. I really the plaid design. Whenever I see plaid, it reminds me of the shirts that each of my grandfather's wore. This folder is so great for giving your projects that extra raised plaid layer!  My inspiration for these cards came from my need for more "Thank You" cards! I love sharing Random Acts of Kindness treats when I travel. I decided to use this folder to make these cute "Thank you" note cards! I really love how this layer pops using the new "2026-2028 Pearlized Specialty Paper"! I also used the Heartfelt & Handmade & Banner Botanicals stamp sets both of these kits are on the Last Chance you might want to get them before they're gone!

May 2026 ICS Blog Hop 2026-2028 In Colors

 

Hello and welcome to May ICS Blog Hop!

This month, I'm spotlighting the new "2026-2028 In-Colors", Barely Blush, Crisp Cantaloupe, Golden Glow, Peaceful Pine and Hydrangea Hue.  I figured the best way to showcase these new colors is to use the "2026-2028" In Colors 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper!  I made a mini match book treat holder in each color and I'm sure every receiver will love the surprise inside. 

I really love how the "Exciting Times' Bundle worked well with these treat holders.  I felt this would be a perfect way to spotlight all the in-colors. I'm always needing Random Acts of Kindness treat holders.

May – August 2026 Mini Catalog Scavenger Hunt Challenge

It’s time to take the May – August 2026 Catalog Scavenger Hunt Challenge!  If you are like me, you have probably looked through your new Stampin’ Up! catalog several times and created several different versions of your wish list. Let’s see how well you know the new products with the Scavenger Hunt Challenge.

April ICS Blog Hop Farewell 2024-2026 In-Colors

 

Hello and welcome to April ICS Blog Hop!

This month, I'm spotlighting the "2024-2026 In-Colors", Pretty in Pink, Peach Pie, Summer Splash, Shy Shamrock and Petunia Pop.   These fabulous colors will retire soon. Which has been your favorite color?  I've truly enjoyed creating with all of these colors and it's truly hard to pick a favorite color. 

I really wanted a way to feature all the colors. I decided to use all the colors and create an 8 1/2" x 11" One Sheet Wonder design and I used the "With You in Mind" stamp set! 

I really love the size of the sentiments from the "With You in Mind" stamp set and it's now my new favorite. I felt this would be a perfect way to spotlight all the in-colors. As you can see the finished cards turned out are very nice.
