Stampin' Up! "Let's be Friends Forever" Card

I really enjoyed making this card. This card was my creation for our team's weekly color challenge. I used Paisley and Posies stamp set and Eastern Beauty stamp set to create this card. I decided to mix a little old with a little new.

Cutting & Die Cutting
Cut crumb cake cardstock - 5 1/2"x 4 1/4", score@5 1/2"
Cut very vanilla cardstock -  4 3/8" x 5 3/8"
Cut very vanilla 4" x 4" ( Cut stitched square with framelit using Big Shot)
Cut peekaboo peach cardstock 4" x 4 1/4" (Cut square with layering squares framelit using Big Shot)
Cut flirty flamingo cardstock 4" x 4 1/4"  (Cut square with layering squares framelit  using Big Shot)
Cut 8" ribbon

Stamping:
Create custom designer series paper (dsp) with Paisley and posies stamp set. Use each ink pad to get your desired background. Stamp sentiment on stitched square using eastern beauty stamp set.

Assembly:
Use snail adhesive to attach ribbon to (dsp) layer. Add more adhesive to (dsp) layer and attach it to card base. Use mini glue dots to create three layer square. Use 3 dimensionals to attach sentiment embellishment. Give the card that extra pizzazz with a metallic gold enamel shape.

I CASEd this super cute from one of the swaps I received from the Shreveport OnStage last month. The swap was created by Jennifer Evanko. I recently joined a card swapping group and I thought I would use this as my first swap. 

I really enjoyed get reacquainted with some of my the first punches I received after becoming a Stampin Up demonstrator. The sentiment came from the free stamp set in April 2016 Paper Pumpkin kit.

Cutting 
Cut Pumpkin pie cardstock - 5 1/2 x 4 1/4", score @ 5 1/2"
Cut Pumpkin pie cardstock - 2 x 3 1/2" ( 8)
Cut Whisper White cardstock - 2" x 5" & 1" x 3" (used for stamping flower and sentiment)
Cut Festive Birthday Designer Series Paper - 4" x 4 3/4"
Cut emerald envy ribbon 8" long.

Stamping 
Stamp whisper white cardstock  2" x 5" with flower image. 
Stamp whisper white cardstock 1" x 3" with sentiment.
Use sponge dauber to distress edge of banner.

Punching:
Punch flower using Pansy punch. Create banner using the triple banner punch. Use the scallop topper punch to create tag.

Assembly:
Use snail adhesive to attach designer series paper (dsp) to card base. Attach ribbon to tag using a slip knot. Attach tag and banner to card base with dimensionals and mini glue dots. Add white perfect accents to each flower center. Hooray your card is complete.

Stampin' Up! Eastern Beauty Bundle Card

I created this card with a bundle from the new catalog coming out in June. To make this card I used the Eastern Beauty stamp set, Eastern Medallions Thinlits Dies, new in colors cardstock and ink pads. This set comes with Designer Series Paper (DSP), but I decided to create my own DSP.

Card measurements: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2 " with matching envelope.

Supplies:
Eastern Beauty Stamp Set
Eastern Medallions Thinlits Dies
Berry Burst Cardstock
Berry Burst Ink pad
Tranquil Tide Ink Pad
Very Vanilla Cardstock
Layering Circles Framelit Dies
Bone Folder
Snail Adhesive
Dimensionals
Metallic Enamel Shapes
Bigshot Shot Die Cutting Machine

Cutting and Die Cutting:
Cut berry burst cardstock 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", score @ 4 1/4"
Cut berry burst cardstock 3" x 3", (die cut medallion shape with bigshot)
Cut very vanilla cardstock 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (create designer series paper & cut 2" x 5 1/2")
Cut very vanilla cardstock very 4" x 4" ( die cut circle with bigshot)

Bigshot:
Use Eastern Medallions Thinlits and die cut 2 7/8" x 2 7/8" design on berry blast cardstock.
Use Layering Circle Framelit and die cut 2  3/8" circle on very vanilla cardstock.

Stamping:
Stamp very vanilla cardstock 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" with different eastern beauty stamps to create custom designer series paper (use several stamps).
Stamp very vanilla circle with sentiment and design from Eastern Beauty Stamp set.
Decorate envelope with coordinating stamps.

Assemble:
Score card base using bone folder. Attach custom designer series paper to card base with snail adhesive. Attach very vanilla circle to medallion shape with dimensionals. Attach the completed embellishment to card base with up to 3 dimensionals. To give the card that extra pop use gold metallic enamel shapes.  Woohoo the project is complete!

The Seasonal Bells stamp set and punch offers endless creative possibilities.  During the Christmas holidays I used this bundle to make several cards. I wanted to see how I could use this same bundle to create a Wedding card.

Cutting, Punching & Die Cutting
Cut whisper white cardstock 8 1/2" x 11 score@ 4 1/4"
Cut sweet sugarplum cardstock 2" x 5" ( punch out stamped bells)
Cut whisper white cardstock 3 "× 3" (die cut stitched square with Bigshot)
Punch out two hearts from the glitter paper using the Cookie Cutter Punch.
Punch out a bow from glitter paper using the Holly Berry Punch.


Stamping
Stamp whisper white stitched square shaped with sentiment from Seasonal bells stamp set.
Stamp sweet sugarplum cardstock with two different bell images.


Assemble:
Use fast fuse to attach stitched square to designer series paper, then attach both pieces to card base. Use dimensionals to attach punched bells to card as extra embellishment. To add extra bling to card use dimensionals and glue dots to attach glitter paper bow and hearts.

Cut whisper white cardstock 3 "× 3" (die cut stitched circle Bigshot)


Stamping & Sponging:
Stamp whisper white cardstock with designs from Paisley and Posies stamp set to create your own designer series paper (DSP).  Use both ink pads.
Use sponge dauber and pool party ink to distress edge  of white cardstock and stitched circle.

Stamp sentiment from Designer Tin of cards stamp set with rich razzleberry ink pad.

Assemble:
Use fast fuse to attach custom made designer paper to card base. Attach stitched  circle  to scalloped  circle.  Use fast fuse to attach last piece of white cardstock to inside of card base.

Use dimensionals to attached cirlces to center of card base. Then add one pool party and rich razzleberry  enamel  shape to circle layer.
