Cut White cardstock 8.5 x 5.5, score @ 4.25

Big Shot
Use the Love Note Popped hearts die to cut the front of card with pattern seen above. 
Use Stitched Shapes dies to cut  2 3/4 x 1 13/16 oval
Cut 6" red ribbon

Stamping

Stamp card and oval with sentiments and designs from Sealed with Love Stamp set. 

Stamp envelope with same design if desired.

Assemble

Assemble and attach pieces using the fast fuse and dimensionals. To give the card that extra pizazz make a bow and use red heart sequin.
