The beauty of Paper Pumpkin kit is that you can follow the directions provided in the kit and make the projects as they were designed or use the supplies as a starting point and let your creative spirit soar. On this hop we will be sharing lots of ideas with you on how to use the July Paper Pumpkin Kit: Craft beautiful cards with unique watercolor designs and pretty layers! Makes 9 pcards: 3 each of 3 designs. Project includes printed card and coordinating enevlopes. Precut paper pieces and embellishments.The original card designs are absolutely beautiful; however, with a little creativity the alternates are endless. I created 3 alternates using 3 card bases and other elements from the kit. 

Check out this great video. The watercolor designs in this kit are awesome. I can literally see the faces of each recipient of these beautiful cards.

Online Exclusives - Tropical Leaf

Hello and welcome to the Stamping with Friend Blog hop. we are a group of Stampin' Up demonstrators from around the world sharing our love for paper crafting. Today's challenge (theme) is the Stampin' Up "Online Exclusives" spotlight. I wanted some "Thinking of You" cards with a tropical theme and I chose the "Tropical Leaf Bundle". 

I truly love creating my own custom backgrounds because you get the opportuinity to let your creative spirit soar! I decide to use the One-sheet Wonder technique. This technique is perfect if you need four cards in a hurry. 

I decided to use two of the new Core colors - Lemon Lolly and Azure Afternoon to give my project the feel of the tropics. I must admit I'm ready to head to the beach now!!!
