Stampin' Up! Life is a Beautiful Thing" Card

The inspiration for this cute card came from a team challenge. Each week we're giving a specific challenge and this challenge was about color. The colors we had to use were Smoky Slate, Soft Sky, Pumpkin Pie and Tempting Turquoise. So I put on my creative hat and I came up with this project. I chose to create my project featuring the Lovely Friends Bundle
and the Colorful Seasons Stamp set.

Cutting & Die Cutting:
Cut tempting turquoise cardstock 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" , score @ 4 1/4"
Cut whisper white card 4" x 6" (die cut using Lovely Laurel thinlit die)
Cut smoky slate 4" x 6" ( die cut sprig using Lovely Laurel thinlit die)
Stamping & Die Cutting:
Stamp the sentiment with tempting turquoise ink pad using the colorful season stamp set. Stamp two flowers with pumpkin pie ink pad using the Lovely Friends stamp set and then die cut images with lovely laurels flower thinlit die.
Assembly:
Use the fast fuse adhesive to attach the Smoky Slate die cut pieces and the sentiment layer. Use dimensionals to attached a flower too the edge of sentiment layer. To incorporate the Soft Sky color I added subtle enamel shapes. To give the card that extra pop, I also added Pumpkin Pie enamels shapes.
