Thursday Treasures: Happy Spring featuring Stampin' Up "Tranquil Tulips"

Stampin' Up "Tranquil Tulips"

Whether you're stamping or tiptoeing, these tulip stamps will delight you in every way. The Two-Step images in this host set will give a sophisticated look to fun and flirty flowers. I've had this stamp set for awhile and this was the first chance I've had to used it.  As you can see the two-step stamping technique gives the image that 3-d effect.
