Team's Weekly Challenge: Color

Our team's weekly challenge was to create a project using the colors Berry Burst, Old Olive, Basic Gray and Silver.  I was going through my box of scraps and came across this Berry Burst layer already cut, so I decided to use it as my inspiration for this project. I cut this piece last year using the Eastern Medallions Thinlets and it’s amazing the little treasures you find while looking for something else. 

Card measurements: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

Basic Gray Cardstock 121044

Snail Adhesive 104332

2” Circle Punch 133782

Dimensionals 104430

Instructions:

1. Cut basic gray card base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" and score @ 4 1/4"

2. Cut berry burst card stock 4 1/8” x 5 7/8”

3. Using the large circle in the Eastern Medallion thinlits die cut the berry burst piece of cardstock.

4. Stamp image on berry burst layer using the tone on tone stamping technique.

5. Stamp sentiment on a piece of whisper white scrap and punch 2” circle.

6. Cut a 6” piece of ribbon and attach to the back of sentiment circle using the snail adhesive.

7. Attach berry burst layer to card base using the snail adhesive.

8. Use dimensionals to attach the sentiment layer to the card base.  Add embellishments to give your card that extra pop.

Embellish envelope to give your project that extra pizzazz!

Voila your project is complete!
