This month, we're diving into the delightful world of Stampin Up "Last Chance Products!  These products are leaving to welcome fresh and new goodies. The "Tiled Techniques" is perfect for creating custom backgrounds and I knew it would be perfect for this card. I must admit that the Shy Shamrock is slowly becoming one of my favorite greens. I participated in a Color Challenge: Shy Shamrock, Daffodil Delight and Berry Burst.

I had so much fun designing this layer. I used the blends to add an extra pop of color. The large image stamp makes a great frame silhouette for my project. I also created an inside layer as well to give my card a finished look.
